Event with date TBA

    Not currently I’m afraid no.

    You could create the event, leave the dates blank and save as a draft but it won’t show on your site – only in admin.

    Thanks for the heads up. I was hoping to get it to display publicly – on an upcoming events page.

    You should be able to create a workaround by creating a template that loads a custom query displaying only posts with the custom post type ‘event’ that have the status of ‘draft’.
