Yes, all the groups are private. When I view the events through via the dashboard, the status is published. When I open it and re-save, it then recognize it as private.

The users that are creating the event are admin to their group and we are using s2members to assign the role for the events.

Please note that I have over 68 privates that will be using event manager.

also, are you using events_list shortcode? how about using search attribute group=”my”

judging from your other post, your issue is probably related to all the hacks you made to the plugin
