Event widget not working since last update

I’m sorry you’re having trouble. Can you confirm that you are running the most recent version, 3.6.1? Also, have you tried deactivating other plugins to look for a conflict, or switching to a default theme like Twenty Twelve?

If you can isolate this as an issue that’s inherent to The Events Calendar, we’d be happy to look into it further. Unfortunately, we can’t help troubleshoot conflicts here on the free forum. If you do find a conflict, you can try getting in touch with the developer of the theme or plugin and see if they can shed some light on the issue.

I’m also having the same issue. The widget is showing the page title you are viewing with the time you are viewing. It’s quite strange.

Using version 3.6.1 and WP 3.9.1.

I don’t think it’s a plugin issue, but rather a theme issue. I’m still digging.

@esmi It’s the same issue as the first two posters. It would seem foolish to create a topic about the exact same issue.

@disinfor: These forums have guidelines. Please read them. As you will see, one of these guidelines – entitled Where to Post – specifically states:

Unless you are using the same version of WordPress on the same physical server hosted by the same hosts with the same plugins, theme & configurations as the original poster, do not post in someone else’s thread. Start your own topic.

Please abide by this.

It seemed that the list-widget.php file was changed in the last release of the plugin, but in my case this was not used because it was overridden by a copy of this file in my theme folder (my theme -> tribe-events -> widgets)
Deleting the copy fixed the problem.
