Since the last update the multiselection of event types is broken.

    How to replicate:

    • Create an event in the backend with multiple event types (e.g. A, B and C)
    • Save event
    • Go back to event listing
    • Go back to the event editing page
    • Save the event again without changing anything

=> The event only has event type A in the frontend and this cannot be changed.

The event type that will be selected is always the first one in alphabetical order in the event list.

I would, but I always get “Unable to process your request” from your support console.

I already tried with different browsers…

Sorry, I don′t understand what you are trying to tell me.

I log in under https://support.wp-eventmanager.com/portal/en/home, create a new ticket, fill in all the required information and click on Submit.

All I get is a “Unable to process your request” information showing at the top of the page.

If this is not your “support console”, then please show me where to find it!
