event tracking on selected items of a radio button list

Hi, I was wondering if it is possible, not only to track form submits of a gravity form but to hand over on a submit action as separate event the value (best would the text (answer) of the corresponding radio button) of the selected radio button of a form. In my case it is one question on which people are answering by selecting an option via selecting the corresponding radio button. Thanks for your help Christoph
