Event Tracking On Mobile

  • Hi,

    So on my website page https://elmhousetreeservices.co.uk/contact/ I am tracking the submit form by tracking the class et_pb_contact_submit

    This works fine on desktop, and shows up in Google Analytics real time reports when I click it. However I’ve noticed today that when I test in real time on a mobile, it doesn’t show up in the real time report in Google Analytics.

    Any ideas why?

    Hi @resonance_

    Thanks for reaching out.
    Have you made any changes to the page or plugin settings?

    I currently see that the plugin is trying to track the submitet_pb_button class, while the button has the et_pb_contact_submit class.
