“Event Tracking” not in “Settings” or under “Notifications”

Hello, we recently installed this plugin about a month ago, and had everything set up and working great. We were able to see conversions on Google Analytics. But starting on October 3, it completely stopped. Searching through the website, I noticed that the plugin is still installed and activated, but it doesn’t show up anywhere on the site anymore. It’s not under the settings for Gravity Forms, and it’s not under the “Notifications” section for each form either. How can we get this fixed? Our client was super happy when we got it running, and now we had to tell them it’s not working anymore…
