Once tickets for an event have been purchased, the order confirmation, tickets and email correspondence all state the wrong time for the event. It shows as an hour behind. For example the event is 10am-2pm but the tickets and emails will show 9am-1pm.

Events are set up via EventON and purchased through Woocommerce. The timezones for WordPress, EventON and Woocommerce are all set the same, however this error continues.

    Hi @aaronandrewtaylor,

This seems complex, but we’ll do our best to help you resolve it.

Could you create a simple product by going to Products > Add New, placing a test order, and then checking the time details? Does the time still show incorrectly?

In the meantime, you can run a conflict test to help you identify the cause of the issue. More info: https://woo.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

Let us know how that goes for you.

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.
