    I am running Version 5.2.1 and getting the message ‘Your license key is invalid. You may need to download and install an updated version of the plugin. ‘ Where can I download the latest version from?

    You can download a copy of Event Tickets Plus from My Account on theeventscalendar.com.

    If you have any trouble after that, please submit a ticket through our premium Support.

    Hello Erica, our Web developer gave us a new website which uses Event Tickets plus. Do we need to buy a license to get updates?

    Please check with your web developer to see if they are managing the license — there are many different methods out there after a website is “handed off” to the client, but yes, an active license key is required to receive updates ??
