    recently set up event with ability to book tickets through Events tickets plus. We ask for some additional information (opt in for database, year left school) etc when reserving tickets and no issue with this through laptop / computer booking

    issue is that these pop up questions don’t appear when trying to book tickets on mobile device and as compulsory you can’t progress any further.

    is there some setting I need to enable on WordPress or Tickets to enable these questions pop up on mobile device to complete booking?
