Event Tickets do not print with colors

    I’m using the free Event Tickets Plugin. It works fine to create tickets and call paypal and email the tickets to the user. In the Tickets Email settings, I set “Header/Footer Background” color to light blue, and the “Ticket Color” to yellow. When i email the tickets, they look beautiful in my gmail inbox. However, when i print them, my header image and the gmail header have color, but the tickets do not show my colors. I want ticket holders to be able to print the tickets to show at the door.

    BTW I’m using Version 5.17.0.1, but this issue has always been there.

    Hi @jonmar2850 ,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    In order for the background colors to be printed along with the ticket email, the user actually needs to enable this in the print options (see https://go.screenpal.com/watch/cZl2hYnnEHk).
