  • Hiya,

Can you check the permissions on the plugin files to make sure they are all uniform please?

Also, check with your host that they aren’t blocking requests to TimThumb. I’ve seen some hosts do that so it might be the cause of your issue.

    Thanks,
    Phil

    HI Phil,

Thanks for replying. I’ve checked the plugin permissions and they all seem to be correct. Folders are CHMOD 755 and files are all 644.

I’m checking to see if my host doesn’t block any TimThumb requests.

    I’ll be back on this.

    Joshua

I’m also having the same problem. I’ve checked my permissions, and the settings in the dashboard. Any other articles of documentation on why this would work would be helpful.

Hey Angelo, that did the trick man! Thanks ??

    Hey Angelo,
This still didn’t do the trick for me. Any other suggestions?

Meganlee1984, did you try what Philipjohn said?

    I didn’t make this work too…I did this “Events > Settings > General > Performance Optimization > Thumbnails”…but still not work…

    I’m using buddypress…some solution?

    Thanks!

    Hi Joshua,
Yes, I tried what Philipjohn mentioned. But still couldn’t get it to work.
