    Hello,
    We’re having problems not receiving event submission notifications.
    The e-mails have been correctly setup (using SMTP) with test e-mails received ok, but live e-mails are not being received by admins.
    Please can you help?

    Yes, it’s 5.7.3.

    Have you tested with different admin email addresses and confirmed that the emails aren’t ending up in in a spam folder?

    Yes, we have a number of different admin e-mails and nothing was received, even in spam folders.

    Were at least some of addresses on a different domain?

    Are your other email notifications (for bookings, etc,) working ok?

    Do you have all the templates & subject lines filled out under Events > Settings > Emails > Event Submission Templates?

    On the same page, do you have at least one address under “Administrator Email”? If you’re using more than one email address, can you try just using one?

    Yes, the addresses are on 2 different domains.

    We’re only accepting event submissions, and have not setup bookings.

    There was no address setup under “Administrator Email” though.
    That must have been overlooked as it’s in the template settings, rather than the e-mail settings, and no changes to the default template were made or requested.

    We will test that and see if that was the only cause.

    Ok let us know if that doesn’t help.

    That seems to be the only cause thankfully, as notifications are now being received as expected.

    Can we put in a request for the Administrator Email setting to be moved from Event Submission Templates to Email Settings to avoid any similar future issues, and to possibly add an appropriate note to the Test Email Settings?
