Event Submission Form won’t accept TLDs

I’ve been getting reports the my event submission form doesn’t from everyone who tries it. Always different problems. I can’t see a place where I can add acceptable file types, so anyone who tries to submit an image with a capitalized extension (image.JPG) gets rejected. Fine. Annoying, but I can tell them to change their file name. The one I can’t figure out is people who are trying to submit their event URL and the form won’t accept top-level domain names like .studio or .dance. Is there a way for me to force the form to accept any URL? Or is this a feature that could be added in the next update? The form seems to be buggy AF and I hate how little control I have over it.
