Event Start time defaults to 11:00 only on week view

I am using all-in-one-calendar version 1.10. We are importing the events from a db. All the events are showing up with the correct date and time except for the weekly view.
We have an event that is scheduled for Oct 24, 2014 to start at 4:00pm
On the weekly view it shows up on the view at Oct 24, 2014 at 11:00am.
We only have 2 events scheduled and on the weekly view they are both at 11:00am.
On all the other views it shows the correct time.
