Event sign up pop emails are not sending

    Hi,

    When I click on events and then get taken to event page with webinars it says click join when I click this button a pop up opens and then it sends the following email message :

    A new member wants to join your [event]<br>Participant Info:<br>Name: [name]<br>Email: [email]<br>Phone: [phone]<br>Message: [message]

    The issue here is the email is not being sent so how can we config the email it should be sent to we did try theme options and put paypal email but same issue.

    The issue you are talking about is regarding the MasterStudy Theme, it seems. We will support the theme requests in our support platform only. You can sign up there and send us your requests as a ticket.
    After getting the clearly explained request, we will then responsively assess the situation, try to find a problem/conflict to give you a proper solution or options whenever possible.
