• I’m encountering a problem with the GoToWebinar plugin on my WordPress site. Despite having approximately 6 hours left before the scheduled event starts, it’s showing as missing or expired. This issue is causing confusion among our participants.

    Hi @ronadpro,

Please send a link to the registration page. Is your WordPress timezone (Please see Settings > General) set to the same timezone as your GoToWebinar account?

What time is the event scheduled for (please include timezone)?

HI @northernbeacheswebsites the event that is expired/missing earlier before the event start 6 hours prior is scheduled for TUE, JUL 16, 2024 at 01:00 PM – 02:00 PM AEST.

10:00AM AEST the webinar is no longer listed in the website. The current wordpress website timezone is set to Sydney. Can you assist me with this issue?

Confirming that the timezone in the GoToWebinar account is the same with the timezone in wordpress website.

Do I need to add extra parameter in the shortcode with the time zone?

    Hi @ronadpro,

I am not sure about this one and I can’t repeat on my end. If this was a more wider issue I would have had many many reports by now. I am sorry I can’t be more helpful in this instance.

    Thanks,

Hi @northernbeacheswebsites If I upgrade to GoToWebinar Pro paid version, will I receive full support for issues like this?

Hi @ronadpro absolutely. If the issue can’t be resolved, I would provide a full refund as well.
