Event settings opens new window

After the upgrade to 1.13.2, I noticed what might be a bug with Event Settings. From within Edit Event >> Event Date/Times, there is a list of dates and times with links E V X. Clicking E sometimes opens a new window at the same time the Settings are loaded. I don’t think it did this before but I could be wrong.
