• Hello!

I’m currently working with a client on their website for a club they own, so I figured this plugin would be perfect for their upcoming events page. However I can’t seem to manage the plugin properly. I’ve installed the plugin, added an event, but it shows like this: https://thekrazyhouse.co.uk/calendar/

Not sure what I’ve done wrong, but maybe from looking at what it shows you might know what I’ve done wrong.

Also, I can’t access the settings of the plugin either, I click onto the “If the form below is not working please follow this link.” and still nothing. I can’t click onto theme settings either, nothing seems to work properly!

I don’t think I configured it incorrectly, so I’m lost? Any help would be amazing!

    Cheers,

    Charlie

    What does that mean?

    dashboard –> settings —>advanced —> cache report

    Have you tried following:

    Additionaly save settings without change.

Doesn’t work mate, the link you sent me has the same instructions you sent me before

    Hello,

Can you please switch off all you plugins and turn back to default word-press twenty thirteen theme.

Then, Turn on All on one calendar and

Please go to Dashboard -> Events -> Theme options -> click “save”
    This will regenerate CSS

    If the issue still persists:
Dashboard -> Events -> Settings -> Advanced Settings -> Choose “Disable Zip compression”

    Then turn on your plugins

    This will help.
    Take Care

    Hi,

Thanks for your answer, but still no luck? As said in my first post I cannot access any settings at all for some reason. I click onto Advanced Settings but nothing happens. Don’t know what’s going on here but it’s very strange! ??

    Thanks,

    Charlie

Do you have a top level site redirection in place?

I’m getting error 500 on this link (which is the CSS for the calendar): https://thekrazyhouse.co.uk/?ai1ec_render_css=1403212560&ver=2.0.13

I suspect the same will be happening for the Ai1ec Javascript, which definitely won’t help in being able to access any of the Ai1ec Settings pages.

    Hello,

Thanks for your answer cefiar, I just changed the top level site redirection but the settings are still not working correctly. I can now go to the link of the CSS style sheet that you provided, however the functionality of the calendar itself doesn’t seem to be working. Not sure what it can be but it’s driving me mental!

    Cheers,

    Charlie

The issue now is that the javascript isn’t loading. I’m not seeing it being called from anywhere on the page. Without the Javascript, the content of the page usually won’t load.

You appear to be using a minify style tool to reduce the javascript. Can you try briefly with that turned off? If that works, you might need to exclude Ai1ec from being affected by them.

Note: Ai1ec includes it’s own minification tools, which may be causing a conflict).
