Event Repeat not Working

    This is not in regards to a plug-in, but with the native “events” feature included with the theme I’m using (“Awaken”). When creating an event, I choose the “repeat” feature, then set frequency and duration of the repeat. After saving and publishing the event, however, I find the event does not actually show up in our events list for all the dates for which it occurs in its repeat schedule. Furthermore, when I go back to edit the event, I find that the repeat options are no longer there. Can anybody give any insight as to why this happens and what I need to do?
