So I’m having no problems importing the event itself. I have the pro version of the plugin, and my issue is that the events are removing themselves from the website 3 hours prior to the actual event.

I’ve tested this in various ways. The events are being posted in EST(EDT) on Eventbrite. The WordPress settings in the general section of the dashboard are set to EST as well. I went so far as to create a today.php file that prints out the date/time to ensure that the server was confirming the correct time.

I also tried to set the time 3 hours behind the actual time of the event(To PST), and it still removed itself from the event 3 hours before the start of the event. I’m completely out of ideas, and my client is urgently trying to get this fixed. I’ve reached out to Xylus themes after buying the Pro version, but they’ve yet to get back to me.. and they’re closed for the weekend. Any help or ideas to test this would be a great help.

    Hello @chefdelwebservices,

This kind of issue is mostly due to time zone difference. Please make sure your website and event has same time zone.

If website time is late 3 hrs then event can expire before 3 hrs. That only can be reason for same.

    Thanks
