Event registration form and ticket selector not displaying

Hi RT.

For the first one, please check the event and make sure the event start date is in the future, the event status is set to Active and the event is Published.

For the second one, please see Events Planner theme template for a little more info and the sample templates.

I can confirm that my event has a future start date (though a registration start date in the past), is Active and Published.

Re. the second point, where would I place the template files?

Please email me login details through the support center and I will see what is going on. One more thing to check will be the date format in the Start date field. Is it in an unusual date format, maybe an unknown character in there?

As far as the template files, they go in the /wp-content/themes/your active theme/ folder.

Hi Abel,

That was it.

All the dates appeared to have an S in them. When I deleted the character, the event details appeared. How can I stop the character appearing in the first place?

Also, where do I place the other template files?

As far as the template files, they go into the /wp-content/themes/your active theme/ folder.
