I noticed that when I create a recurring event the link is different and for this reason also the the “like” accumulated will be different.

I wish that an event is listed in the calendar for each day marked, but with the same url and then with a single accumulator “like”.

    How can I do?

Thanks a lot and Best Regards.

  • That’s happening because the URL is slightly different each time. The only workaround I can think of is to publish the event in a normal post / page by using the [event] shortcode.

That would always keep the url the same, but you’d need to update the ID used with shortcode to keep it current. You could either do that manually or automate it with PHP inside a template.

Thanks for reply. Maybe I explained wrong.

    For example:

Music Festival August 25 to 30.

I would like to be listed for day 25, 26, 27, 28, 29 and 30 the same event. I do not want to create a recurring event that changes the url. I simply wish that an event of two or more days is correctly listed in the events page.

unfortunately, this isn’t possible at the moment.

What other plugin allows me this?

We’re not aware of a plugin that would be able to do that for you at the moment I’m afraid.
