Event Page (not set)

Just did an Events -> Pages analysis for the first time and found that the majority of form submissions are occurring on the ‘page’ (not set). This has been an issue since the original installation in 2016.

The issue doesn’t always occur, as some form submissions report the page URL correctly.

The issue is present on multiple pages across the site.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated!
