Event Page failing to open

    I am currently using the “free” version of SportsPress with the intent to upgrade to the Pro version once I am certain that this will work for my needs.

    I am hosting a mixed doubles tennis league on my web-site, Jaxtennis.com

    I have set up the teams, events, venues, player lists, etc without any problems, however at looking at a “team” page that also has the schedule of events (matches) such as: https://jaxtennis.com/team/ponte-vedra-inn-club-men-3-5/

    I would think that when you clicked on an event block (using a 24 Sept block as an example), it would be linked to a specific page for that event, but I get an error after linking to this page: https://jaxtennis.com/event/635/ Now if from the admin side of it, if I click on either “view event” or “preview”, the page comes up nicely, but at this address: https://jaxtennis.com/?post_type=sp_event&p=635

    I would think that this would all be automated, what am I doing wrong here?

    Thanks for reaching out.

    This seems like a permalinks issue. Please go to Wp-admin > Settings > Permalinks and set it to the default. Let’s see how it works then
