    Hello,

I looked for these questions on the forum and didn’t find them. My website uses a transparent header that depends on a background to appear. The individual page of the event does not have this background, leaving the header (logo + menu) “invisible”.

I tried to edit the page with elementor, according to this link: https://webnus.net/dox/modern-events-calendar/create-events-with-your-page-builder/. But I already had the correct definition, (Also, I tryed it:enabled all the options to see if I could edit, but it didn’t work). There is no post that I can edit, either from the plugin or any other. The list of posts is empty, and there is nothing in the trash. There is no page that I can edit the singular event.

I tried to hide the header individually (display: none) using the post ID I found in the inspect element, but it didn’t work. Could I, in fact, create a page with the elementor and putting the same information(title, description, date, time, countdown and social networks) from the individual event? Would this work for all events?

Another issue: the whatsapp button just doesn’t work, I also can’t disable it by unchecking the box in the settings.

Another question: could I slow the carousel down? Standard speed is fast and does not allow time to read

    Waiting reply, thanks

    Hi @admpt1,

Regarding the “Transparent Header Menu” on your site:
To do this, kindly refer to your Theme options. Headers are usually created on all typical webpages. On certain pages such as the homepage, header transparency can be set by theme options.

Regarding the “Edit events with Elementor”:
You didn’t need to do this on pages, you can enable Elementor page builder for custom post types, then you can edit the content of your events with Elementor, for more information about that, please follow the steps explained in this article:
    https://docs.elementor.com/article/328-settings > Post Types

Regarding the “Whatsapp Button” please send a live URL.

Regarding the “Slider and Carousel shortcodes” you can head over to shortcode settings and set your desired time to carousel: https://webnus.net/dox/modern-events-calendar/carousel-view-skin-in-modern-event-calendar/ (find autoplay time)

    Best Regards
