    I’m pretty advanced user of wordpress and just integrated your plugin and got it setup properly but when I go to the View Event page, I don’t get any venue information, pricing, or ticket purchasing option.

    When I go to calendar view and click on the event through the calendar, it takes me to the event page but this has the area image and ticket sales option on this page.

    There must be a setting or something I am missing because I’m not sure why the Event (post) wouldn’t show any of these details but when I go through Calendar it does.

  • Have you set up the Ticket (WooCommerce Product) and Venue (including Area) first ?

    @ehong33234 This appears to be a question of the Parent-Child nature of the structure.

    When you create an Event, that is the Parent. Then when you create a specific instance of that Event, it is created a a Child.

    For Example, I create a ‘WordPress Training’ Event. Then I set three Saturdays from 9-10am as the Event Dates.

    When that happens, I’m creating 3 Children of the Event.

    This allows us to create a Title, Description and Images ONCE on the Event and the Children inherit this post info.

    In the Events list, on the top you’ll see Top Level Events (Parents) and ‘All’, which includes the Children.
