event only on course site

If I understand your request correctly, you can use categories for this.

Create a category “Zumba”, and then either use the zumba-category page as your Zumba-page or put a shortcode on your Zumba-page like [events_list category=”zumba”]

with the shortcode i can display the event on the zumba-site, but in the widget for all sites, all courses are visible.

my plan is to show the legacy-widget “events” only on the site for the event and not to display the widget on all sites.

Well, that depends on your theme then.

You’ll need to add a new sidebar that you’ll only display on the zumba page.
There you can add the Zumba-specific events widget.
Some theme give you the option to do that, but your honestly doesn’t seem to be one of those ??

There are plugins for using specific sidebars on pages I believe, though I can’t give you any pointers as I personally tend to do this kind of stuff via templates and functions.
