Event one year ahead not visible

There is on event entered for July 2016 but it’s not visible.

If you create another test event in future (in December 2015, for example) does that show?

Yes. I tried it with the 29.12 and as a test with an event in Mid of January, without a problem.

I tested it again, and it seems it has to do with this fields:

They are changing the value by themselves and so the event is not visible anymore. Maybe there is a possibitlity for you to fix this issue or/and to give the option to let the bookings open until the start of the event by default, that would be awesome!

It’s not clear to me from the screenshot which fields those are. Is that from the When panel of the Add / Edit Event page?

This field is resetting itself when publishing and event for example in July 2016. I tested it a few times with the same result.

just to narrow down the problem and help us debug the issue is it possible to try the following temporarily:

– deactivating all other plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
– switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems

I tried this yesterday without success. But the date is showing a weird value, see screenshot.

The Y in the date formatting should be 2016. If you change it to that and update the event it should start showing on the calendar.

Since it sounds like this is the only event that has this problem, my best guess is that there was some kind of Javascript error at the time the event was created.

The “Y” appears in every event until now.
And I got this problem with every event that is created in 2016.

So that is not a problem with this single event.

I tested it once again. When I create event it is visible without a problem.
But once I edited it, it disappears on the website. ??

did you check the date picker format under Events > Settings > Formatting > Date/Time > Date Picker Format ?
