Event not showing in GA

    Hi, using Site Kit, GTM and this method I set up to track form submissions for the form “List of Popular Homeschool Curriculums” on the homepage of the website. GTM preview mode showed everything correctly but after publishing the container I cannot see the Event in GA Realtime. I’d like to hear any suggestions you may have on troubleshooting this please. Thank you.

    @noellesteegs I’ve checked your site and I can see you’ve setup the Analytics and Tag Manager modules correctly via Site Kit. You may want to check whether you’re tracking logged in users. If so your own visit would not be tracked and reported when looking at the real time reports.

    While we can’t assist with any Tag Manager specific queries be sure to check that you’ve also submitted any newly published tags, via clicking on the “Submit” button on the top right.

    Hey @jamesosborne, thanks so much for the quick reply and for confirming the plugin is set up correctly. I did test in an incognito tab, so the logged in users part won’t be it.

    I checked GA and I see that the data is there now. It just didn’t show up in Realtime when I was testing. Definitely odd, but I am happy all is working as it should. ??

    @noellesteegs From my experience when first setup it can take a few minutes for Analytics to start tracking in the real time reports (when setup via Google Tag Manager). But happy to hear it’s now working as expected, thanks for the update.
