Event not displayed in the calendar

    Hello!

    Thanks for this wonderful plugin! As a Conservatory we organize a lot of concerts (free entrance) and a system which allows users to reserve a ticket and obtain a QR code is simply fantastic.

    I have successfully installed both woocommerce and opentickets and created events (venues, etc.). My problem is that events do not display on the event page’s calendar. I’ve published them and I can see them from “inside” WP but nothing appears “outside”. What am I doing wrong?

    @nicgios it sounds like you need to change the events settings to ‘Published’.

    On the Main (Parent) Event page in the backend, under the Calendar are the individual Events (Child).

    Those buttons ,when clicked, show the parameters for that event. Make sure that these are set to Published. Then Update the Event.

    Also, the Event itself should be Published.

    If that doesn’t do it, then make sure the Calendar itself is set to show ‘Next Event’. On the Calendar Page, the one with the Event Calendar template chosen, look for the box that sets when to show events. Make sure this is set to show ‘Next Event’.
