Hi there,
Thank you for reaching out!
I’m sorry to hear about the mismatch causing connection/data transfer issues!
As a first step, can you please share your System Status Report (found in wp-admin >> WooCommerce >> Status)?
Next, can you please specify if you’re seeing any errors or error logs mentioning the external and browser ID mismatch, or pointing towards the same event_ID being received for multiple events?
It does sound like this could be a caching-related issue:
https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/facebook-for-woocommerce/#some-events-are-not-triggering-with-caching-plugins-breeze-sg-optimizer-asset-cleanup-etc-how-can-i-fix-this
Debug logging can be enabled in wp-admin >> Marketing >> Facebook >> Connection. If debug logging wasn’t enabled – please attempt to replicate the behaviour you’re reporting with debug logging enabled and send us a copy of the relevant Facebook debug log (usually found in wp-admin >> WooCommerce >> Status >> Logs).
If pasting the System Status Report and the logs here is not possible – we will need to access your site for further investigation.
In that case, please open a new ticket on WooCommerce.com, selecting Facebook for WooCommerce from the dropdown, and include a copy of of your System Status Report, as well as a link to this forum thread.
Thank you!
I also see a couple of threads about missing deduplication parameters:

It looks like there’s an open bug report:

I hope this helps!
