Event Match Quality score missing

Hello PYS team, first I would like to say happy holidays to you all.
I am just starting to test the waters with the PYS plugin and I have a question about the Event Match Quality score. I have watched your videos that describe how the score works and it is pretty straight forward. After I installed the plugin facebook started showing events in the Events Manager. After a couple purchases were made on our site we started seeing an Event Match Quality score of about 8.9 – but this morning, after receiving a few more orders, the score has been replaced with a question mark icon that says..
Your Event Match Quality score is based on events sent through the Conversions API in the last 24 to 48 hours. Either no events were sent during this time or they were discarded as a result of data policies or regulations. To see your Event Match Quality score, send recent events frequently.
I was wondering if you would know why there was a score there yesterday, but no score there today.
I have used the Facebook pixel in the past and we are starting to use it again, however the Conversion API is new to us.
Thoughts?
