Event Manager install – pages creation

Is this normal that when I install Event manager plugin, pages are not created. I am asked to create all related pages for this plugin? Event category, list, tag etc.

How do I enable my user to create new event from the frontend (Buddypress) currently the “create event” button is not shown in the event of my users…
