I want to implement the search box in all the sites. The search box should search from all sites , even when i search in the microsites.

did you try shortcode [event_search_form] ?

I tried, that doesnt help… it doesnt bring up the global search in the multi-sites.
Is there any code change i can implement for this, i checked the output function i found that if its a multi-site the multi-site id is passed as “blog_id”, also the events saved in the global tabled is stored with the refference blog_id(multisite id).

Any help would be apprecialble. Very needy.

    Hiya,

I’m not sure it’s possible to do a global search in that way.

Are you storing events on the main blog in your network settings? If so, it might be possible to output that shortcode as part of a custom script that uses switch_to_blog()

    Thanks

    Hi,

I don’t want to sort my blogs on my main site, i just need all the events of all sites in multisites.

I’m not sure of the idea Phil had in mind, but since this isn’t a feature that’s available out-of-the-box this plugin might help:
