    Hi,

I use Polylang to translate my website and I use Event Manager Version 3.9.7.

I can translate my events (Title, Description, Excerpt) but the form to subscribe (even if I use Global Reg Form or Custom form ) is not displaying in the translated language.

It always keeps the main language. I have selected the translated Global Reg Form in the event but it’s not working.

    Is it a bug?

Second problem are the Translation Settings. We can use it to translate English (main extension language) to the main site language but no options to translate to an other language.

    Is it possible?

    Thanks for your anwser.

    Hello @spinoops

Thanks for your message. To keep the inventory/Attendee stat correct, the ticket type and user. Reg form is always using the primary language. The seat count will not be accurate if we use the ticket type for each language. As a result, the ticket type section is always shown in the primary language.

The translation settings in the Event Settings page are only for a single language. When you using multi languages in your website please do not use this setting. Keep this default or empty.

    Thanks for your understanding.

    Regards.

    Hi,

    Thanks for your answer.

Would there be an other possibility to translate those fields? Even if it’s in a source file, i can mark it.

If yes, could you give me which file(s) I can change?
