Event made for role group

    I have a question is it possible in The events calender to make a event dedicated to a role group let say i have a group developers and a group service desk that i can only make a event that the developers can see because this will be very usefull for my site

    Hi @erikvanblitterswijk!

    By default our plugin doesn’t have any setting that will allow that.
    But with a bit of PHP knowledge you can achieve that.

    You can create Events Categories based in your groups.
    Then you need to create the events and assign their category.

    Using PHP you can define that a specific group will see Events that contains the category “Developers”.

    Another option it’s to setup roles into your WordPress installation and use some Role Editor Plugin to allow / deny access to some content.
