• Resolved Webfolio Webdesign

    Hi,

It is a recurring problem, still without any solution, that the events show 404 pages, if we check these on the frontend.

If we open the events from the frontend, as admin, than everithing seem to be fine, the urls load properly.

Currently, all of the events of the German version of the website show 404, if we try to open these on the map.

The problem is not visible in all of the browsers.

Please be so kind and help to fix the problem.

    Thank you.

  • Hi @webreneszansz
Please update your permalink settings once and try to load the events or other pages again. It should work.

    Thank you

Hi, thank you, but the event slug is unfilled on the permalink page, because it is translated by wpml. So the problem is still unsolved.
    Thanyk you.

    Hi @webreneszansz
We have verified on our even there is no issue at our end. It might be some conflict with permalink settings.

Please create a support ticket if still issue persists.

    Thank you

    Hi,

I created the ticket for he issue a lot of weeks ago, but in vain.

No relevant answer and solution from your side, unfortunately.

We had to remove temporarily this slug, because these language versions of the website event were not available, however the slug was translated by WPML

It is still a large loss from SEO point of view…

    Thank you anyway.

    Hi @webreneszansz

We have tested in our several instances but there is no issue we found with german and other languages. Can you please make sure that it is not a conflict of any other plugin or theme or misconfiguration of WPML settings?

    Thank you
