Event is not triggered with MailPoet (WordPress)

    when I try to activate an automatic e-mail in MailPoet when a customer buys a product in a certain category, the event is not triggered. Altough multiple tests show that there was a purchase.

    OK, so I know that you have checked it already but can you please share 3 screenshots?

    • The order where we can see its status
    • The Automatic Email created
    • The Subscriber status

    Here you can find the screenshots… Why is this? Tried multiple things to achieve this, made multiple automations but it just doesnt work – but i want to know why…
