Event image thumbnail in shedule

Hello,
I am trying to add the event image thumbnail into the users schedule events list. The line 710 in em-install.php sets the standard format, and I want to add #_EVENTIMAGE{x,y} to this, but thinking this is the wrong way to go. How should I go about adding this in? Thanks in advance..
