Event image not showing

  • Hi all,

    I’m having a problem with the widget for showing Facebook events on my website. The events show, but without image. I already tried clearing cache. Does anyone know how to solve this?

    Thank you for reaching out to us.
    Can you please make sure the “Display Event Image” option is enabled in the widget setting section and the Facebook event have an image?

    Hello @xylus,

    Where can I do that? I see no option “Display event image” in the Settings of the plugin. I can only set App ID, App Secret and Accent Color or clear cache, that’s all.

    Yes, the events have an image. I find it strange also that the first event does have an image that is shown, but all the others don’t…
