    I just noticed this happening.

    When you point at an event (on front end) it pops up with an image and description.
    When however you click to open the event the image is no longer visible.

    This now applies to all events. I opened a few in edit to see if I needed to replace image, but the images in the edit are perfect.

    If I click on the square that replaces the image on the front end I get this message – We cannot complete this request, remote data could not be fetched

    Any suggestions?

    after investigating and disabling plugins to see if there was a conflict I couldn’t find one.
    However what I did find was that if the calendar was displayed in”poster” view all images were visible. But once changed to “month” view they disappeared again

    Problem resolved

    I deactivated speed up the images in Jetpack and all is back to normal. ??
