Event ID Deduplication issue

  • Hi,

    Hope you are doing well.

    We are using this plugin to track events on the website and have manually added a Facebook meta pixel code in the header. My main concern is that while both codes are tracking the events properly, there is no deduplication in the events. We can see the Event ID through Pixel Your Site, but not in the manual code. Is there a way to track the events without using the manually installed Pixel code?

    You need to remove the manually added code. As a rule, don’t add any extra code, and don’t’ configure events outside the plugin.
