Event Grid Format Header not appearing

Sorry if this problem has already been covered. Search is not working (for me) here on www.remarpro.com.

I want to use some header text above the event grid format. The event list format header is showing up on the front end as I would expect, but the event grid format header is not.

I encountered this on a live site, so created a new local site and installed only the Events Manager plugin to try to find out if I’d messed up some setting or other. On the live site I use the Astra theme. On the local site the Twenty Twenty-Four theme is active. Everything on the local site is default – no css or other code created.
