Event Form Submission Date Errors

  • Greetings,
    I’m having an issue with our event submission form, specifically the When section From: and To: fields. Date picker is not working, and no matter what date format is manually entered, an error box pops up on submit (Dates must have correct formatting. Please use the date picker provided). Under Events>Settings>Formatting>Date/Time I have the date picker format set to mm/dd/yy.

    Site is live, so switching themes and disabling plugins is not an option.

  • Hi Nate,

    It looks like you have a conflict caused by your theme or another plugin. To check if it is, can you test with all other plugins deactivated and while running the default WordPress theme?

    Site is live, so switching themes and disabling plugins is not an option.

    The test should take no more than a few minutes and is the quickest way to determine where the conflict is.

    I temporarily disabled all plugins and used the default WP theme, and the issue persisted. The error message Im getting in the console is:

    events-manager.js:40 Uncaught TypeError: wrap.find(…).timePicker is not a function

    It looks like timepicker library isn’t loading. Which version of Events Manager and WordPress are you using?
