• Hello! We’re having a bit of a problem that when you add new events to our event plugin, the event doesn’t send when you click publish… it just works and works to send it but nothing happens… just a symbol that goes back and forth to show that dn is trying.

    Event plugin: EventOn

The plugin creator’s support says everything is fine from their end and there must be something wrong with us. We have disabled all the other plugins on the site and cleared the cache but that didn’t help.

Will gratefully accept tips as soon as possible, because it’s a bit of a disaster that you can’t add new events ??

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • In principle, the plug-in developer must actually check this. I have just filled out the form as a test and when sending via AJAX I get an HTTP status 400 – i.e. the endpoint that the plugin provides for saving is not found during the request. A plugin developer should be able to see this when testing.

    My recommendation:
Check this again by deactivating all plugins except the one in question and using a standard theme such as TwentyTwentyFour. If it still doesn’t work, send the plugin developer another request for help with the solution. You are welcome to point out the faulty AJAX request, which you can see here.
