• The plugin meets almost all my requirements. It’s natural to have several points to develop or to correct. But the team is really awesome. They reply “light-fast” and they always try (and manage) to find a solution.

    What I expect for this plugin in the near future is to have more customization options.

    We confidently state that we have never faced any problem like that from any of our customers. Many users are using the “Advanced Search” option with our plugin. And they don’t face any issue like that.

    Maybe it is conflicting with other plugins or there is a caching issue on your site. Without checking we can not tell you something about it. As it’s not happening for other clients and we are pretty sure it’s working for the updated plugin, we need to check it on your site.

    So, we will suggest that you please follow our PINNED post and reach us more. So, we can help you with your issue. And it would be helpful for us if you please update your review for us if we can fix the issue on your site. A lower review for a working feature affects our overall rating and the reputation of our plugin. I hope you can understand.

    I’ve tried deactivating the plug-ins one-by-one but no luck. Then I tried another template and voila the placeholders appeared. So it seems like a conflict with any part of the Exhibz theme. But unfortunately I have to use that theme ??
