Event Expiry Date

Good afternoon,

I have a system using your plugin, first, I need to add a past event so I change into file wp-event-manager.php line 318 to true to allow the start date calendar to select the past date

now when I make any change to the past events button is publish not update and the event appears as a published event, hides from past events, and appears in the events list

please I need help
