Event Duplication + Event Repetition

    I’m testing the free version for a client and need to set up multiple events on the same day with the only difference being the start and end times.

    I’ve successfully created the 1st event, created 2 ticket variations and set it to repeat every 7 days for 6 repetitions.

    I’ve then duplicated the event using a ‘duplicate page’ plugin and changed the start and end times with the hope that all information is copied across. Everything is copied across fine except the tickets so I’m having to manually add these every time.

    Could you add a ‘Duplicate Event’ button within your plugin that includes the ticket information as well as the event information? Clearly the ‘duplicate’ plugin I’m using isn’t able to see the ticket info.

    In addition, the repetition of the event every 7 days is not working as expected. Some events repeat for 3 instances, some for 2 and some none. None of them repeat for 6 occurrences like I specified.

    I thought this may be an issue with the duplication plugin so I manually added a new event with the same settings and I still get the issue with it not repeating for the nominated number of occurrences.

    Regarding the event repetition issue, please ensure you are using the latest version of EventPrime. Additionally, try temporarily deactivating all other plugins except EventPrime and then creating the repeating event again. If the issue persists, please let us know, and we will be happy to assist further.

    Appreciate the steer on the duplication functionality. Very useful and can confirm it also copied across tickets – very helpful!

    The event repetition is down to user error! Apologies, I didn’t spot there was a limit field within the Elementor widget showing the number of events at once. All sorted now!
