Event Directory with User Upload & Paypal Capabilities

Haven’t come across anything in my Googling that fits the bill – does anyone know of an event directory plugin that allows users to upload their events and pay via Paypal, without necessarily needing any mediation? Something like certain business directory plugins that are out there but for events. I don’t (foresee the) need for RSVP capabilities or anything like that – I’m only looking for an “automated” way for people to pay to have their event listed on my website.
